Our experienced and dedicated Property Team will guide you through the legal process of buying and/or selling your home. We understand that:
- Moving house can be a stressful experience. Our aim is to make the process as trouble free and straightforward as possible. Our staff are friendly and approachable and keen to ensure that you feel valued as a client.
- You may have to meet time deadlines. We carry out all our searches on line. We are proactive and aim to anticipate any problems and resolve any difficulties as quickly as possible.
- You wish to be kept informed. We will update you regularly via phone, email or by texts to your mobile phone. We also stay in regular contact with the estate agents and solicitors involved in your transaction.
- You wish to keep cost to a minimum. We will give you an estimate of our fees before we begin work and we would not expect to exceed this except in unusual circumstances.
