Please be assured that we have established security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data regarding your details as stored with us. Emails are securely transmitted. We will send documents by post as necessary.
You should continue to call the office number and your calls will be diverted to the appropriate staff member. Emails operate as usual.
We recognise measures for social distancing so that face-to-face meetings are reduced where possible. This may mean that we use video conferencing or phone based meetings instead. We can decide these options with you.
Our office is open. It is business as usual for us and we trust that any inconvenience is manageable.
